How Hard Will It Be To Bring In/smoke Weed At The Upcoming Dispatch Concert At Madison Square Garden?
If you are gonna leave judgemental comments about pot smokers dont bother answering- I hear that they search bags and stuff but at a band like dispatch I dont know what they expect… Sometimes places are cool and they just turn their heads and other times people are pot nazis… this is gonna be one of the best days of my life and i just wanna know what to expect. Thanks a lot all!!!
This is a classic place and event for you to be searched, and busted. Keep in mind that the hightened security because of terrorist activity is the perfect reason for police to be searching, including using narcotics dogs.
Obviously, no one can tell that you ate a magic brownie before the concert – but otherwise carrying any contraband it in is a really bad idea.
Bring a J, and maybe you might make it in with it. If not, a J isn’t much, but check the NORML website for possesion laws in NY.

Sure you can. I’ve been to 6 concerts, and brought weed to 3 of them. The security guards only perform metal detections. I’ve never experienced a detailed search. Put the joint in your shoe or sock, you should be fine. Or if you dont want to risk it, smoke before. Good luck!
