I want to get Better Homes and Gardens Home Designer 7.0 but its about $60…does anyone know a cheaper but good software to use or have used the home designer 7.0?

We are about to paint our nursery. It will have a garden theme and we want to paint grass on the bottom near the floor but our walls are textured and I’ve noticed in our bathroom where we caulked around the tiles that it doesn’t make a clean straight line. Also in one of my friends houses they painted stripes in their bathroom and the lines weren’t straight because of the texture so they had to repaint. So is there any kind of paint that will look better and not run as much through the texture than regular wall paint?

There’s this style in the Mediterranean places. And I don’t see how come there’s no homes like this in, say, Toronto. Well, absence of money and architectural taste could be the reason.
Ok, say we have a lot without a house. The perimeter of the lot will be the outside wall of the house. Then 5 yards from the outer wall we build and inner wall.
The remaining space inside is a garden. Wall on the inside can have big windows that can slide open. Outside windows are typically very small for privacy and heat reflection.

Fundamentalist Christians believe that carnivorous animals like the tiger used to be docile vegetarians in the Garden of Eden. Then, after the Fall of Man, the Food Chain came about, and tigers became hunters with meat-eating teeth, with bodies adapted for stalking and hunting, eyes that could see in the night etc. But that would mean the pre-Lapsarian tiger was a very different animal to the modern one. So, when we admire tigers today, are we admiring the work of God, or the work brought about by sin (and therefore Satan). Isn’t that what Blake was driving at when he wrote of the tiger in a famous poem: “Did He who made the lamb, make thee? And, as all of Nature is fallen in this way, don’t we really praise Satan whenever we admire it? Or are Satan and God just opposite sides of a coin, like many dualists and Gnostics believe?

This is a school project…
I am making a prototype of a suburb (I actually live in this suburb ), I need to redesign something for this suburb and I have chosen a place near my apartment, it’s a totally empty spot and I want to make it better (to suit the surroundings)
The dead area is quite spacious, about 2 standard basketball court big, maybe a little bit bigger. It has nothing inside, only grass and not growing properly.
What’s near the space? Expensive apartments, Commercial buildings, shops, cafes and train/ bus station
What special about the place? It has stunning harbor view
I really don’t know what to make for this place, a garden with a lot of flowers is too ‘usual’. I want to have something ‘unusual’… Can you guys think of anything?
If you guys can give me little help, I would be really happy cos I need to write 1500 word for this assignment and haven’t really started
