Which Do You Think Will Work Out Better For Me? I Need A Dog Colored Carpet, Or A Carpet Colored Dog.?
I guess you can tell that house work is not my avocation. What I want is a vacation. If I were to design a home with housekeeping in mind, there would not be a surface in the entire domicile that you couldn’t wash down with a garden hose hooked up to the hot water.
Maybe put the whole exterior on a giant hinge, so you open it up, hose if out, air it dry, and then seal it back up.
That might make collecting delicate antiques a challenge, but after cleaning today, I’m ready for that sacrifice.
If it doesn’t move, grow, do homework, or help pay bills, I’m washing it with the garden hose. In some cases, even if.
Thought Of A Very Temporary Solution To Me Moving Out Of My Parents House. What Do Peopl Think?
Even though this is very basic and silly I have thought about setting up a garden shed in my parents backyard that I could put a cott or bed in. This way I could have some privacy and space from my parents. My laptop has wireless internet. Since the wooden garden shed would have electricity I could pug in a electric portable heater.
The shed would have a concrete floor that I could put rugs on.
The only disadvantage to the shed would be no windows inside or restroom inside. I could go inside the restroom inside the house.
I’m not hand enough to install windows. The inside of the shed would have a wood panel wall and a door that is unpainted. To solve the window solution I could paint the inside of the door a color or design that is something nice to look at.
On thing that may bother me is closing the door while inside at night sleeping. I guess I could get over that.
The shed would only be for some nights not every night.
I could close the door. While sleeping you want it dark anyway. If I would feel relaxed enough to sleep it wouldn’t bother me if the door was closed. If I’m awake and can’t sleep than it would bother me to have the door closed.
If I listen to calm music on my Ipod for 10 minutes it puts me to sleep.
This sounds cool but many people think its very silly. Even if its just for two night- tree nights per week.

I guess being inside a building with a door with a bright painted mural and painted walls without windows could be an interesting experience.
Since this buildings entrance is to the outside I guess the door to the building has to be closed at night while sleeping.

Why Is It, Do You Think, That “emotion” Is Often Portrayed As Antithetical To Rationality Or Reason?
If not for having some initial investment or emotional cause to associate yourself with an opinion, a state of mind, belief etc. what reason would you have to rationalize it, or to even explain it reasonably?
I understand it possible to subscribe to something on the basis of it standing to the most rational or reasonable scrutiny, but what of the nature of “belief” and subsequent reasons for the need/desire to associate with one at all? Is not the fundamental reason for “belief” a sort of human desire, or need for explanations of the otherwise inexplicable….a way to satiate curiosity, or thoughts/feelings of inadequate understanding (as of present)? What then, would be the cause of losing that initial open-mindedness in the pursuit of the “truth” or nature of it, to complete denunciation of all other possibilities using the rationalization that there can be no other because MINE stands the reasonable explanation given the extent of present understanding and availability of tools with which to find it? Not sure I understand the rationale there…
I’m of the mind that both of these can and do exist complementarily in any one individual. One may trump the other in the decision-making process (a la “follow your ‘head’ or ‘heart’”)– justly or unjustly. Intuition or “the gut” being the “mediator” of sorts. I don’t believe it too rational to rely 100% on either to make a decision, given its implications on your ENTIRE person and that the appeal is not just to sections, bits or pieces of you.
Do you think the reasons may be concerning practicality? That it is simply not practical, though reasonable, to consider any and all possibilities as being just that? That, though there MAY be little garden faeries on my front lawn that I can not see, and I have no way to prove or disprove…it simply isn’t practical to invest efforts to proving it given the very nature of it in the first place?
In that case: Do you that that it may be “practicality” that is the antithesis of the decision-making process that relies heavily on emotion more so that reason? Reason, also extending from experience and relative precedents?
Why Do People Think Childfree Have All The Time In The World To Baby-sit?
I get this all the time. “Can I bring my kids to your house?”. “Tommy wants to hang at your house”. I have nothing to offer “Tommy”. “Can Tommy spend the weekend with you?”.
Am I wearing a Scoutmaters’ uniform, or somthing?
I am 42. There are no toys in my “man cave”. My back yard swimming pool is clean because no kids live here. There is no lifeguard. I have no fence around my pool. My large TV has no fingerprints or scratches in the screen. I have lots of glass and ceramic things. Some are collector’s items that can’t be replaced. My cactus garden is not “kid friendly”. My dog will bite “Tommy” when he hits his brother. I have no cool-aid, candy, or sugared soda. I have 70 bottles of liquor, some are collectors’ items, and most have never been opened. I have guns, knives, and power tools. None of them are locked up.
My girlfriend and I swim, and watch TV nude. She has no use for children.
Most of my neighbors are retired, and have no use for kids.
How Do You Think Obama Prepared For Making This Decision?
Obama signs off on orders to send 17,500 troops to Afghanistan.
Before deciding to go into Iraq it is reported that Bush spent hours upon hours walking through the rose garden alone. His wife said that he struggled with making the decision of putting so many lives in harms way.
Obama – we hear nothing about the forethought. Are our troops and the innocent lives surely to be lost in Afghanistan that indispensable to Obama?
