One set of neighbours whenever they are in the garden they feel the need to communicate by shouting. They aren’t deaf. I don’t hear any of the other households nearby, two of which have kids. With all due respect to them they are nice enough but I know all their news and plans. They are audible in any of the rooms in the front of the house. Short of closing the windows and doors (which isn’t practicle in the summer) what can I do?

evidently bipedalism evolved first and then our brain got bigger later , but I am really worried about the safety of my ancestor how did they escape from all the ambush attacks of the wild predators, ” evolved efficient” or “perfect design” for their survival task , so the best way for us to explain our human evolution is to make assumptions .

Don’t forget we have no night vision like dogs and cats and all of the bigger carnivorous predators , also the lack of our body to store vitamin c make it necessary to supplement in our daily diet, I know this properties make us look like apes and monkeys and hominids , but that’s why they haven’t evolved like us , because they will have no change to survive , perhaps an isolated environment like “garden of eden ” would be a perfect scenario for us human kind to evolved . Excuse me I should not use the bible as reference guide for science , After all is only a “fairy tale story” contrary to evolution science is just
a “”fairy tail story”"

I currently have two men in my life, and though neither of them has yet gotten down on one knee, both of them have recently started talking in terms of commitment, marriage, and stated in no uncertain terms that they would like to end up together.
My family has gone through a lot of tragedies recently, and I have currently lost one parent and the rest of the family has more or less de-solved, so I am feeling very lost and unsure of how to decide what path, or man, I should pursue.
I suppose my question would be, how do I decide? What is important when it comes to a life partner? What would be best in my case?
Below I will put a little about myself and both of the men in question:

24 year old
student- hope to attend medical school in the fall
I LOVE shopping, camping, traveling, gardening, going to concerts, art museums, the theatre, playing with animals, running, being physically active, etc.
I am rather submissive and easy to walk over, but also very driven, so while I am easy to push around, I am not happy that way and eventually my ambition will win out.
I hope to have a child/children some day.
Nikolai:
26 year old
working on his phd in physics
very sweet and playful, but has a history of depression and he needs a lot of “taking care of”
rather fussy and gets upset easily (though NEVER violent etc)
my intellectual match- We discuss art, music, science, film, etc.
cannot discuss anything emotional- just doesn’t fully understand emotions
loves to shop, travel (finances and time permitting) and watch movies with me
rather lazy/a couch potato
no interest in the outdoors etc.
hard to get going

very polished, cultured, refined- though he hates politics and the theatre
the sex is good but very vanilla, low key and mellow- snugly sex
I know that if we had children, I would have to be the primary care taker and I would be worried about depression/mental illness in the children.

cooks and cleans for/after me and loves to take care of me while I study etc.

not as intellectually stimulating, though he is a news junky and LOVES to discuss politics, listen to NPR, etc.
the sex is UNBELIEVABLY good, we get to do some very kinky things that I love and explore fantasies that I have always had- and he is a great cuddler
very easy to discuss emotional concerns with him
I wear the pants in this relationship which is something I have never completely done before and I really enjoy it.
I know if we had children, I could continue my career and he would be the primary caretaker.
I also realize that maybe neither is the right decision, but if you believe that to be the case, please tell me what I should be looking for. I love both of these men, but everything I get from one, I do not get from the other and vice versa.

Over the long weekend, I noticed a distinct odour of ‘Bitumen’ around, and within my home. As I live on a busy road, at first I presumed it was exhaust emissions from trucks going by.
When the fumes persisted coming in through my windows (bathroom, bedroom, and laundry end) I realised it must be coming from next door! He is regularly building, and using noisy tools for prolonged periods, and on more than one previous occasion, I have suffered through intensely toxic fumes from his wood sealing. By Monday, the odours were really concerning me, and I rang the Environment Bay of Plenty ‘Pollution Hot Line’ feeling something must be done.(My neighbour works for this organisation). I logged my complaint, and the feedback that I got was basically, that the neighbour had purchased some creosote treated garden stakes from a garden centre, he had a pile of these, and was going to shift them, and cover them up. I was also told that they were not “toxic” – my initial reaction to the ‘fumes.’

I’ve never heard of this. Where did this come from? Is it Catholic dogma or something? Where is the scriptural backing that shows that Adam really lost dominion? We seem to be pretty darn dominating over the Earth. The only domain we seemed to have lost is the actual Garden of Eden.
When someone asks why we eat meat and why we should be allowed to take control over our environment and use animals as tools and food Christians always say it’s because dominion over the Earth was given to Adam. Well if you believe that the gift of dominion was lost, then why would you say that we should be allowed to maintain that dominion?

The male neighbour saw her at the window and proceeded, on two separate occasions, to “relieve” himself. Needless to say, my friend is shocked but doesn’t know what to do. She lives in the UK , so what does the law say about this?
He could argue that he can do whatever he wants in his own garden (assuming he even admits it). However, she could say that he did it because he saw that she was at her window.
Personally, I think one should have the right to look at a neighbours back yard and not see something like this.
What can the police do? Would she need photographic/video evidence to get something done about this?
This sounds laughable, and it almost is. However, from her point of view it’s quite scary to say the least. Thanks.

For example one day i’d like to cycle across europe is it better to do these sorts of things when your young (i’m 27) or have them to look foward to in later life. It would be nice to think in later life ‘oh i’ve done that whats next’ or would it be depressing because i’d done evrything.? Some advice from an older person would be appreciated.
Other things i want to do is have my own vege garden, get into astronomy and maybe emigrate to canada as well as learn french.

yeah i took a day off yesterday. i told the foreman in the van first thing in the morning that i had a meeting to attend to. But the truth is i was getting pissed in my garden the night before and felt a bit like spending the rest of the day lying back in my hammock in the sun.
so later that day about usual finishing time the foreman turned up at the door with my tools and said the boss had got someone else to do the job. OH sh!t
so as you can guess i was a bit upset and came on Y|A and blamed god for always putting me down. many answers were like ” if you don’t scratch your bosses back he wont scratch yours.
then later that night the foreman sheepishly called me ” is there any chance you could come back tomorrow those other masons were no good”
DID GOD GIVE ME A SECOND CHANCE after i complained on Y/A ( what do you think dexter) or is it just cos you cant keep a good man down?

I am getting married in the spring & we are considering not inviting children to the ceremony/reception for the following reasons:
*Our recection hall has a max limit of 100 guests~ but our friends/family (who we are pretty sure will attend) have 27 total children!
*We are having the reception catered ~ at approx $10-15 per person, that will be very expensive to feed all of those kids
*Our reception will be in a 200yr old home that is being kept up as a museum ~ we will be liable for any damage done to the home or gardens.
*We are planning on an open bar
When I have suggested that kids may not be invited for the above reasons ~ some people are understanding, but others have gotten upset & said they won’t come if they can’t bring their kids.
Although I like kids, I really don’t feel they are appropriate for every setting. I just don’t understand why some people feel they can’t enjoy an adult event?

1.a lion defeated by deer or some small animals .
2 .a movie with lot of heartbreaking finally find his heart with good end
3.a character or peoples in life being involved in crime or some big mistakes and realization own and ready for punishment .
4 u see a beutiful flowers in garden everyday when u walk suddenly nxt day somebody created burden in there …
5. a girl who with a bad guy who never respect womens or he is time pass kind
