For Question # 2 – Go To the Book Store, Buy A Gardening Book,Buy A Bookshelf,And Have Your Sim Study The Book Until The Blue Meter Is Full,You’ll Find some Starter Seeds In you sim’s Personal Inventory.
To Teach Your Sims Skills,Just Have Them Cook occasionally read logic books,Exercise them,and such,they’ll soon have skills.
No You Do Not Have To Buy Tools For Gardening or Fishing.
For Question # 1 – You Should See An Icon On Your Map When You Open It Up,Click On Him/Her And It Should Give you an Option To Give Tomatoes.

1- When you go to the map there should be a blue bubble with a picture of her face in it and you click on that and one of your options should be deliver tomatoes or what ever your task was. Also she might want them grown from your garden not bought from the store if you bought them from the store.
2- To Garden- Go to build mode and then terrian and click on a dirt then you go to the market and buy fruits and veggies (they will be stored in your inventory). Then go back to your house and go to your inventory and click on the fruit or what ever your planting and click plant then it will show what you are planting and put it in the dirt then your sim will go over to where you are planting it and plant it. Then everyday you should check to water, weed, and harvest it.
To Fish- Go to a local pond or some where were there is water and click in the water and one of the options should be fish. You can make a pond where you can fish on your lot by clicking on terrian.
No you do not need any tools to garden or fish.
3- It just wont show it unless your wall is up. It didnt really disappear or get deleted.

1- When you’re viewing the game via “Map View,” if the person you are to give the tomatoes to is available, a circle with her face should be somewhere on the map & you should be able to click on it & view choices about what to do.
2- You do not need to buy any of those tools. To learn how to fish, visit a place like a beach, pond, or lake. Go to the water & click on it. You should be able to click on an option that is something along the lines of “Fish” or something of that nature (I’m not looking at the actual game right now so I’m not sure about specifics). Gardening I am not so sure about. I think you have to buy vegetables from the store & then choose to plant them somehow. I have only done it once & it happened by accident.
3- Are you looking at the house with all of the walls down? If so, then the painting disappears because when you choose to have all of the walls down, nothing on the wall will appear except security alarms and fire alarms.
